:: POKER TOURNAMENT AND RAFFLE INFORMATION "1st
Annual Poker Classic" Tournament on Saturday
New this year! Players can buy in for $50 to receive
$1500 start up. The doors will open at 2:30, Tournament begins at 3:00 in the Parish Hall. Players must be 18
or older to play. There will be no-limit Texas Hold 'Em, unlimited $25 rebuys for the first hour and a half for $1000
in chips. Prizes will be awarded to the top five places. Grand Prize is a 16GB Apple Ipad! Call or sign
up in the Parish Office. Buy-ins accepted over the phone and at the door during the FIESTA. Cash or personal checks
will be accepted. Spectators Welcome! Are you 'in'? Grand
Prize Raffle
A total of $12,000 in CASH will be awarded! Fiesta Raffle Tickets for Fiesta 2010 have been mailed
out! Early Bird Raffles begin next Sunday (March 14) for those who sell all their raffle tickets early. Early Bird Prize:
$100 in cash. (Early Bird ticket stubs can be found at the end of your book of tickets.) Tickets may also be purchased
in the Parish Office. THe prizes are as follows: Grand Prize: $7,500, 2nd: $2,500, 3rd: $1,000, 4th: 50" Flat Screen
TV, 5th: $500, 6th: $500. Super Raffle
The
Super Raffle offers 1 in 500 odds to win up to $5,000 in cash! Tickets are $20 each and only 500 tickets will
be sold. The winning ticket will be drawn on Sunday, April 25th at 7:00 PM; winner need not be present. Tickets may
be purchased in the Parish Office. ::

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Volunteers are needed for the Fiesta Heavenly Brew booth. To volunteer, please call the Parish Office,

Office to volunteer. ►VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Preparations for the annual
Fiesta are well underway.
Volunteers are needed to help set up and tear down the Fiesta booths. Help is needed the week
before Fiesta, April 19-23, as well as the day after the event, April 26. If you can help, please call the Parish Office @

Crafters are invited to start their boutique projects early! Donations are now being accepted for the Country Corner
Boutique Booth. Crafters ~ how about using your talents to donate one item to our Boutique? Any usable & sellable
items
are also welcome. No white elephants please. We greatly appreciate all donations. Thank you. We look forward to adding great items to this year's selection.

Gardeners: The Fiesta Plant Booth is in need of plants and flowers for this year’s Fiesta. We hope to have
a great selection available again this year. Please bring plants to the Plant Booth at the time of the Fiesta. Thank you! Donations can be delivered beginning the Friday morning of fiesta weekend.
