:: About Eucharistic Adoration in the    Jubilee Chapel ::
The Jubilee Room is the Blessed Sacrament Chapel for our parish.  This small, intimate room was opened to the parish by our pastor, Fr. Donald F. Grasha, in June of the Jubilee year.  From then, each First Friday of the month parishioners were invited to come spend an hour with Jesus.  Beginning in
March of 2005, the chapel opened the first and third Friday of each month from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Located in the rectory, two pews and a kneeler before the altar encourage people to pray and open their minds and hearts to their Lord, so close to them in the monstrance on the altar before them.  The small size of the room creates an intimate atmosphere, making prayer and adoration easy and natural.

Prayer booklets and rosaries have been provided, with meditations especially for an adoration experience.  The rosary is also an excellent prayer for this time, and many who come simply close their eyes and enjoy this time in the presence of Jesus in the Holy Sacrament.  Special prayers for the discernment of priesthood are placed on each chair to remind us to uphold our priests in prayer and to ask our Lord to continue to bless the Church with new priests.  Wherever there are adoration chapels, communities have been blessed by an increased number of men who embrace their call to the priesthood.

From this room have come prayers of adoration, thanksgiving, petitions for themselves, their families and friends, our parish, the church, and our country.  Jesus has blessed each one who has come to spend this special hour with him, and invites all those who have not yet had this opportunity.

Because of the size of the room, it is necessary that people sign up for an hour of their choosing.  In doing so, there will be several people praying at each hour, but not so many at a time to overcrowd the space.

The Jubilee Chapel is specifically located southeast of the church.  The entrance is located to the left of the handicapped parking spaces on the east side of the parking lot, just in front of the rectory.
