An Evening of Holiday Song Makes a Comeback
(November/2009)- After a year off, "Sounds of the Season" has made a comeback. The

Christmas season is upon us all and one way to prepare is to attend the wonderful "Sounds of the Season" Christmas Concert at St. Luke.  The show is organized and performed by Ralph Mohutsky, Jr. and Victoria Strong Mohutsky.  This husband and wife duo sing in the Life Teen Band, that can be seen at our Sunday 5:30 P.M. Mass.  Their performing experience is evident by their creativity and twist on each number, their ease at making the crowd laugh, and of course, for keeping the crowd returning each year for more.

The show highlights classical Christmas songs we have all heard, but with a little added comedy and spirit that only Ralph and Victoria can provide.  Tickets sell quickly as the show is not to be missed!  Be prepared to be filled with Christmas cheer and joy by the end of the show.  It is an entertaining way to help two worthy groups in the Parish and prepare for the season of the birth of Christ.

snowflakes.jpgThe show is being performed on two separate nights- Friday, December 4th and Saturday, December 5th in the Parish Hall.  Both shows begin at 7:30 P.M. and admission is $15 for pre-sale tickets and $20 at the door.  The Mohutskys donate ALL proceeds from the show to the Youth Ministry programs here at St. Luke the Evangelist.  Pre-sale tickets can be purchased in the Parish Office or after Sunday Masses.
